For help with FrameIntent, email frameintent.feedback@gmail.com. Please include the step where the problem happened and your iPhone and iOS version. Do not attach private photos or storyboard notes unless they are necessary to explain the issue.

You can also open a public GitHub issue. This requires a GitHub account, and the issue contents will be public. Do not include private photos, storyboard notes, contact details, or other sensitive information there.

Before reporting a problem

• Confirm which frame or project action you were using.
• Try the action once more after returning to the Projects screen.
• For camera trouble, check FrameIntent’s permission in iOS Settings.
